We're constantly improving RAM based on feedback from rescue organizations like yours. Here's what's on the horizon.

In Alpha (Early Access)​

These features are working and in active testing with a limited set of agencies on the RAM mobile app. They're not enabled for beta agencies by default. Contact us through the support menu if you'd like early access.

Maps themselves are available to every agency in the web app: see Maps & Operations.

GPS Tracking from the mobile app​

Live location tracking from members' phones during an operation. See the GPS Tracking guide for how it works today.

Capabilities:

  • Real-time GPS tracking of team members during operations
  • Each member's track drawn on the operation's map, by assignment
  • Offline capture that syncs when signal returns

Rapid Alerts​

Critical push alerts delivered straight to team members' phones — playing an alarm, overriding silent mode, and vibrating even when the app is closed. See the Rapid Emergency Alerting guide.
